I have a c16se which is running pretty much standard bar the exhaust. If I was to fit an AST2 cam on an adjustable pulley, would I still see good results and good running? The engine is coil pack too.
I've had a search but can only find questions about them running on twin 40's
Thanks

Remember Royston saying they are no good with injection due to the affect it has on the air intake and the reading from the air flow meter, dont know if that is correct.

It's c16se so had no air flow meter, it has a MAP sensor

Ok I've been digging into the archives a bit. What I can work out is that 290degree duration is the max for standard injection?
A normal "injection" profile cam, designed to run on the standard injection/ecu is around the 270deg mark.
AST2 wont run well on a standard c16se imo. Wont give a steady map reading at idle either.
My 1.2 8v spi engine wouldnt even start up with an ast2 cam fitted lol
