does anyone no the torque settings for the head bolts for the x14xe engine?

on a 1994-2000 corsa x14xe torque settings are
stage 1 25nm
stage 2 90 degrees
stage 3 90 degress
stage 4 90 degress
stage 5 45 degress

and autodata says to replace head bolts
