coolant temp sensor

i ordered a bosch cts from autovaux, i would of thought it would of been blue like the original but it was black, is this correct? only asking as the air inlet temp sensor is black.

Only the genuine Bosch items are light blue iirc, Andrew page have the bosch items but you do have to ask for the dearer Bosch part

Edit the air temp sender isn't brass

If its a cts it should brass at the end about 12mm long and five mil thick

i was given a black one when i bought didnt make any diff from the blue one.

My intermotor one is blue.

spoke to autovaux and they said it should def be blue if bosch.
