no go nova

my nova 2ltr 8valve ran out of petrol now put some in and it wont start. it turns over but wont start. checked the plugs and they were flooded so cleaned them up and tryed again still nothing plugs keep getting soaked. do you think its blocked somewhere?:mad:

is there any spark,as if your plugs are getting wet,there must be fuel getting to the cylinders.
