corsa gsi v6

bin waitin 4 a nova to come a long to do a poject thread but found this corsa going cheap got it few months ago a garage full of vauxhall parts so here i go

and took the engine out piston rings were gone
went to my garage i have 2 c20xe engines and runing gear for a nova
and ive a got v6 engine:confused:
i have taken the f18 and fly wheel from 1 of my redtop engines and putit on the v6

got all most all parts a part from 1 engine mount
so 2 mounts & the 3 block of wood intil i get mount

I do like grey gorsa gsi's. lookin well! +rep for doin it on the drive! hardcore! lol Ive got a brand new v6 mount for the corsa for sale mate, with the rear spacer mount too if ur needin it.

drives side front mount if thats wot u got

yep thats the one, i got it from chris astley, but i couldnt fit it cos it mounts on the power steerin pump bracket, n i didnt have power steerin. its still brand new in the bag still, cost me £72 i think

been put on hold for a wile bin workin loads and went to college so need to get it going agin got the wrong mount in the post my falt but i didnt check it wen it came ive bin so bizy corsa bin lookin sad

well time to finish the corsa it has bin driven me mad siting there
engine in solid

needs doing to complete

wiringup
radiator and water pipes
front brakes drive shafts
down pipe and rear manifold
a few other things

i have all parts in boot

got to cut the manifolf top stop it hitting the steering rack

heres my thread mate have a look at how i did mine i cut the manifold off and then got some more pipe and tacked it into a suitable place then i dropped the engine back out and welded it up as i doubt you can remove the rear manifold in situ and my exhaust then welded upto it, mines a 1 piece exhaust at the minute but i will get some flanges on there eventually so i can take the exhaust off the engine. David dixon says he can make the origional flanges fit and im sure you can with a few headscratching sessions but to be honest its trial and error

no joy need another rear manifold but i cut the bracket off that was hitting the engine bay
and got some quad lights and cav slabs larst week

i bought the rear maifold off some one on her i have a spare u need it u have to cut and weld it i mite have a pic

need a drivers side drive shaft
started weleding the down pipe to join to the manifold and middle pipe
radiator is to big

got a raditor sorted
down pipe done
now just the wiring
