eccentric top mount help

im currently running gaz ultra - low gaz gold fully adjustable coilovers, and yesterday went to fit my eccentric top mount but having problems

what i found was once the mounts was all in and lowered the car 2 the ground there is alot of play between the topmount and the top of the coilover.

i have fitted everithing included within the kit i had bought and only solution i have is 2 make a spacer up but this will raise the car up and make the damper adjustement higher and may foul on bonnet, i no im rather vage as im not 100% about this but does any1 else had this problem.

iirc someone else had this problem there is a thread somewhere, iirc they made up a spacer and put it between the underside of the top mount and the top of the coilover

yh this is what i tryed but that then raises the damper adjustment higher and think it mat foul on bonnet
