(yet another wanted thread from me) uprated front and rear shocks

as title says need them to be fairly stiff to stop the wheels scrubbing under hard braking (also as cheap as possible) these are to tide me over till I can afford some coilovers :d please reply in here or PM me with what you have cheers, tom.
