Yeah i know what his excuse is. cos when we were working on his car on saturday she was round. wouldnt mind if it was a decent picture. a shoe express t-shirt is hardly the most flattering attire :D

his 2ltr runs on carbs, and also shell optimax.

cos its really high performance setup etc etc it always smells of fuel.

and this weekend it STANK of it a couple of times :D

i think his car runs off the optimax fumes rather than the content of the tank :lol:

he knows i dont mean no offence (when he reads it i hope!!!)

WIth the 40mm chokes it aint suprising it stinks,

On the rolling road the petrol spray of the carbs was immense.
Petrol just fan of the fire wall and down onto the floor.! Ooops
Had to halt a power run and stick the filters back on.
Christ knows what state the filters are in. Think it might be time for some fresh ones this weekend.

Ahh well. its summat we have to live with i guess.Until the end of the year anyhow :twisted:
