rear quads and englemann mirrors

i have never used these on the road. trial fitted the other weekend.

nova base plates carbon fibre- ones to the left are thinner. on the right are thicker, far right one has a hole that would be visable (sp?) once fitted not sure about repair- 20quid a set or offers
