...that if you put an electronic speedo F28 (GZ) on a Nova you won't be able to make the speedo work?

Correct and even a mechanical one won't work correctly on nova clocks as the speedo ring on the diff with need changinto a f20 one

this could be done with late corsa abs front hubs, abs unit and all the other bull **** that goes with it. it is possile but a complete waste of time and money as well as effort. Just buy a mec one or swap the casings over which is what i done :)

if fit a electric one you would need to also fit an after market clock set like a stack that has a sensor on the driveshaft to reed the speed or fitt alot of unneeded crap

Sooooo, what's the possibility of using a pulse converter (like the Dom on Mig makes) with the F28 and a digi dash (or a pulse drive speedo)?

Got to be do-able and no need to faff about with ABS stuff.

Cos there is nowhere to put it on the box, ie no speedo drive in the electronic box as far as I'm told.

this is quite simple, there is no hole where the spedo drive goes in the box. The case can be removed and drilled and the speado ring fitted to the diff. Its just the hole isnt there :)

my f20 has been going 2 years now with phase 3 let and befor that was on my modded xe and im not easy on it, if the box is good they can cope imo

Oh I see, I thought the early electronic speedo's were driven from the box rather than ABS hence my question.
