Hi I want to put a f10 gear box on a C14SE that currently has a F13
firstly is it possible or do i have to buy a C14SE with the small flywheel
or can i swap the flywheel and starter to the F10 one and then bolt on?
Thank
Karl

Anyone know?
You would need swap fly/starter/clutch if you want use a F10.
F10 wont fit C14se because it has a larger fly/clutch

Thanks Adam
So as long as I swap the thre bits it will fit?
Been recommend to use the f10 with that engine for a better performance
F13CR is what you want really.
Yeah you will have to swap those bits if you do want to a f10.
Miles easier just get another f13/f15 though...

did the cr boxes come on certain cars or what and how can you tell if a box is a cr?
Yeah
Its stamped onto the end of the box.
Along with the final drive ration
For example
3.74CR
=Final drive 3.74, and a close ratio cluster....

or they can be stamped as C374 etc
So they cane on random cars?

Thanks guy's
I will be changing the diff And cluster! Just been told as the flywheel is smaller and lighter it will let the engine rev ever so ever so bit easier and every little helps :-)

if you are changing the diff and cluster i would stick with the F13. The gains from fitting the smaller flywheel will probably be insignificant.
