diagnostic port xe

hi all wheres the diagnostic post on an early none lambda sensor xe wiring loom? as i have 2 wires coming from the ecu with a black plug on and wondered if this was it??
if not what is it?? lol!

You have to wire them in, its not part of the xe loom, check the articles section how the how to

Have you got an ECU light? If so touch the brown/yellow wire to earth and it will flash the light, then as per Topbuzz - that's all I do!

John the black plug has the brown and yellow wire on it,if you earth it out as said above it will flash the ecu light on and you can find out the fault codes accordingly.

Thats why i left it in the behind the fusebox cover matey so its easy access .

nice one paul u really did think of everythin when buildin the car! So jus touch brown and yellow wire to earth!

I just did the research on here mate pretty simples tbh
