I got up at 12:30 & just finished 4 rashers of Bacon (end of the packet), 2 fried eggs & half a tin of baked beans on one slice of tast (last piece of bread) laced with Brown sauce.

Lazy & greedy coont I be. Sets me up nice to go out & start some bodywork on FLAIR.

my breakfast special:
take one 18"french stick (ummmmmmmm 18" dribble)lol
two perfectly fried eggs shaped long soes they fit in that stick real good
sauteed mushrooms lightly fried in olive oil and sea salt
4 slices of posh ham, breaded or not its up to yoww
cut in half and enjoy in front of your misses whos on a hardcore diet and really struggling lol
