c20xe Judders, bogs, dies, idles dodgy, anyone lol?

Hi,
My xe decided tonight it was gunna break, its got plenty of oil, petrol, air, etc....
Just replaced the mass air flow sensor a few days ago cos that went.
Now tonight it wanted to cut out a few times when i put the clutch in to go to the traffic lights and when going along it revved up and down with the clutch down. But it stopped so i thought, its fine lets go cinema and forget about it...
Coming back, it won't drive, it judders, it bogs, then it bursts into life, when i put my clutch in sometimes it dies, but will start staight away. If you rev if freely ( clutch dowen or in gear) its fine, but it doesn't want you moving though.
So basically, if you can make sense of that any help lol :)

faulty fuel pump relay/connection,faulty pump/connection
Sounds like theres a lack of fuel pressure

I had a similar problem on my LET and it turned out to be the coil.

Been at work all day took the old dears car, been out and it starts and idles fine, and it also revs freely, stinks of petrol though. And its very tappy, but theres plenty of oil in...
