1200 engine

whats the best way to get as much bhp out of a 1200 carb engine ..putting on a different head ??1300 1400 ..cam different carbs ..combo of all?
just want to keep the 1200 block ..

would a kent fast road cam or a gte one be better ?will probaly get a 1.3sr inlet and twin chocke carb as twin 40s is a bit to expensive .....

TBH i have no idea as i have not done anything to my car but lowered it and put a mushroom filter on it. the rest i havnt bothered with as im putting a new engine in it at the end of the year so im saving my pennys. sorry im not that helpfull mate :)

Didn't someone on here get somewhere between 65-75 BHP doing this possibly more which was proven on an rolling road? Not bad from a 45/55 BHP engine.
