I've seen a few of these kicking about, I'm not too keen on them from the outside but I've not been in one yet. The one you're getting is it yours or your mams? Either way I'll have a go of it lol

Poverty models look utter cack. Sri's look pretty good with the bigger wheels & nicer bumpers etc. In the company of the mk6 Golf & even the outgoing Focus it has no personality.

Personally I think this model will be the one that gets forgotten, it's so blah & lets face it Vauxhall have hardly put any resources into marketing it. I think most dealers are still selling mk5's. I'm pretty sure there are still new variants of the VXR being sold.

[edit] Vauxhalls pricing is pretty insane nowadays too, you wont see many IMO.

Very Germanic looking, maybe a good thing as they feel better in terms of quality. Sportier models look good, cery interetsed to see how the proper VXR will look like, 4x4 should be good. Hope they don't use te Caliba 4x4 harware lol

Haven't driven one but it probably drives very well.

Is that the most dull bland styled Astra ever? nothing about that car stands out as being different.

the 3dr isnt out yet its like when they brought the mk5 out 5dr first and then 3dr later, so yes they are still selling mk5 vxrs and 3drs as there still in production at press, also they will have to sell the old stock should be able to get a nice discount on a mk5 tho twintop is also still in production
