i got a 4 silver caps but want them blue

what the best way to paint them as the are machined polished?

i would like to have the them anadized (spelling) :lol:

Rub them down with wet and dry (very fine and wet) then primer and spray blue!;)

What? lol

Take them to an anodizer's?

Or paint strip them/ rub them down and prime then paint as said above.

Paint them then or get the anodized blue.

Why? Its just a coating. It will lay over the top. I have a bike handle bars and seat frame done for diferent colours.
