i just want to be lee lol
Statics are ace.
Bear in mind a few things though.
1. Check the water pipes are well lagged or your water will freeze up if it even looks like its going to be cold.
2. Check the toilet waste pipe isn't exposed to the elements or you will be squeezing walnut whips onto a solid block of ice
3. What sort of heating has it got, as they just don't hold any heat in whatsoever. Prepare to spend a lot of money on fuel to keep warm. I have a log burner, and even that struggles to keep the place comfortable when its -10
Other than that, its fapping ace, especially in this weather :) Although I am beginning to dread the winter. I'm not sure I could live like this forever, bit of luck we'll have the barn finished by next summer and i can start on my house finally!
Statics are good but if your planning on moving onto a proper site (like Billing for instance) then you have ground rental (£1700+ a year paid in one go normally) an also can only tenant 50 weeks of the year.
And as Lee said about heating, I was at his pad over christmas time, it was -10 or so outdoors & the same indoors in the morning!
Not too bad. I'm looking into houses atm. Wish I could find something £500 all in
You pay you mum 500? How tight/mean is your mum...

50 weeks a year thats awsome 2 week holiday and your sorted most ive seen are 10month / annum my sis is looking for one at the coast (thats on a proper site at the coast anyway)
but i know round here there are some that are classed as residential so theres no limit
it definitely needs 20 dead cars & 1 large alsatian
