webber carb help

can anyone help with my carb. fitted the webber other day and it keeps over fueling keeps boging when you are driveing and missing and that. and you can smell fuel when its ticking over but ok when you put the foot down. runs better when i block off the return pipe.but not so good when i put the T piece back on for the return. but saying that no fuel come out of it

any idears/ rep for help/tips

over fuelling on tick over and a lack of fuel when you go wide open throttle.-
have you had it setup on the engine matey?

maybe check the float and chamber make sure the needle is opening and closing off correctly when the chamber has reached its max limit for holding fuel.
