i am planning a trip to supernovas in the morning.

if anyone wants anything from supernovas, fone them, make sure they have it, let me know via email and ill get it and bring it along for you.

only cos im going there myself so i may be of use to someone?

yer - supernovas are ok but whenever I;ve called them for stuff and been told I'll get a call back they never bothered.

not exactly the kind of service I'm after.

Theyre good but IMO need to be a little bit more responsive to their customers requests

ive found theyve gone out of there way if ur with them in the flesh (i.le in the shop or their unit)

on the fone though or "impersonal" like email etc

they dont wanna know

but i found they were quite good at the shop, bin there five or six times, it not far from me. about 25 mins as its over the other side of town.

PVD are like that tho. u go down there and they are as helpful as they can be (but they still never have stock of anything, unless u want a fucking BFO cone for a Corsa B cos they still have a huge pile of them sitting in the warehouse :lol: )
Then u phone them up and cant get through for hours!!
