There's way too many of us with bms on here Lol.

My 325 coupe, bought it over 2 years ago now and will be keeping it for a very long time, although i think in years to come it will be more track prepped...

The cab, nearly have had this for 2 years now, was a 328 but had to replace the engine to a 2.5. I am looking to sell sometime this year so i can svae up for my next project.

http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i184/L33LEG/new%20cars/e36cab073.jpg

Since fitting the coilovers, way too low and especially since iv put my old splitter back on

http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i184/L33LEG/new%20cars/e36cab076.jpg

And this is the old E30 cab. I sold it last summer. Such a cool car and loved every second driving it. The looks i got in it was unreal tbh.

Not sure if i should be saying thanks seen as i had all 3 of them at the time and chose that one to sell lol but cheers anyway.

I only sold it for around £2k, it had it's problems. IE. the rear screen had split and although it had a recent respray, there was a few cracks on the skirts. I wasnt bothered though, i bought it for cheaper, spent money on some suspension and wheels, didnt cost me a penny to maintain and i didnt lose any money on it. Was basically free motoring for a year in it and having the privilege to drive such a cool and retro car.

I will own another one day but may go for a coupe.

AH right, We assumed because it didnt originally come with a 2.8 it wasnt an original sort, had no idea the 323 came in sport form aswell, I honestly did love it though, John sold it and it went to a local guy we know aswell snce then he's sold it aswell....

The engine change did put me off it, I ended up buying a coupe instead, i'll let moffat post pictures up,

I've popped the Q up on e36coupe.com as it has me baffled, it seems that the only 'sport' models were the 328i sport coupe and 323 sport touring. Although I'm waiting on some more decisive proof at the moment :)

Translated meaning you were either too close to stop in time, or going too fast (id go with the first option as you had been following him for a few miles, possibly too close for his comfort as he was dabbing his brakes to make you bugger off/slow down, then you didnt take the hint so he slammed on) and you had to swerve into the crash barrier to avoid hitting his car, at which point he rofl'd furiously to himself and drove on engaging 'smug mode' as most other drivers would (myself included) lol

MK999
25-05-13, 05:41 PM
I was over a quarter mile back actually, it was a foggy/cold morning and all I could see was his brake lights (the one time most people don't seem to use their fog lights apparently). But yes obviously I was too close to stop in time, otherwise I would have stopped in time, I hit a damp/cold/icy patch and locked up twice, just one of those things really. He's still a tit for dragging on his brakes for about 2 miles though, my guess is it's an auto and he's adjusted to having both feet on the pedals.

Anyway, off out of our thread Astra boy, shoo :p

Traded it for this to a dealer. Couldn't be bothered with the hassle of selling privately. Would definitely own another, but it would have to be a manual. The autobox was fantastic but too much of a worry of it breaking.

Next to the old BX, this is our family weapon. Spannering courtesy of stepdaughter Maj-Britt.

Parked outside next to project GSi

No socket rails?! shocking :p Always liked how similar the E30/34 are underneath, looks like it's been shrunk a bit lol

Also means my friend who builds E30's all day is a wealth of mostly accurate knowledge :d
