got bilstein yellows all round ...but have crappy g max springs they work ok and are low but the car rolls quite badly .making me loose grip and power as i have no diff. so need some high poundage springs that will fit on the bilsteins. would like something more competition and motorsport orientated... i was goin to get eibatch springs but then again they are also road springs ....and links or help with this would be great

What about the Eibach Sportline kit. bit more stiffer than the normal Prokit

Ill probably look into that but is there anything better that offers really 'track' poundage springs ?

GMax/Eibach/Spacstix etc etc your looking in the wrong wrong place for "competition suspension" my friend.

Im sure theres a couple of diffrent spec yellow billies on the market, so i would make sure you have the compititon ones before getting springs to match.

GMAX will be terrible & it is almost laughable you are using them IMO.

Personally I would bet on the standard GTE/GSi stuff being quite a bit stiffer, its the height that is to blame for the roll. Get some custom ones made at coilsprings89 is my advice. I had some -50mm fronts a while back. Well made from large dia coil.

Either go custom, or get some 200ish poundage springs. Some pop up on eBay from time to time. Don't touch the low end road stuff - its worse than standard!

Are they thick tube billys you have? If not, get some and then look at the different rated inserts you can get to tune it towards tarmac. Ask a proper rally specialist with experience in novas about the damping rates as it can be a dark art sometimes. Also you will want to match your spring rates with your damping rates.
