Nova Saloon 1.4 sr engine

Hello here we have for sale my nova saloon 1.4sr in Black its done 46k and in good condition.

I have just had this mot'd so it has a year on it .(and 5months tax if the price is right)

I have just finished it off but there still things that could be done. I brought the car with a blown head gasket so i changed the old 1.2 engine for a 1.4sr lump with 5 speed cr box.It has gmax springs and shocks all round and 2ltr brakes on the front also front sr anti roll bar and standard saloon rear the exhaust is made up of a ashley four branch manifold and the rest of the exhaust is a new standard 1.4sr exhaust.also it has had distributor cap and rotor arm fitted with blue split fireleads and i have fitted a weber 32/34 dmtl carb with inlet manifold.The car runs good but could proberly do with a tune up.

The bodywork is ok it has had the o/s/r botton of the sill welded and it ha a plate under the bonnet the battery tray was also fixed on the mot were the filler cap is it has rust and i have removed as much as i can it could do with welding also the o/s door it rusty at the bottom and sombody has put filler in it the n/s door ain't that bad with only a little bit of bubbling.it has clear front indicators sr front bumper and grille and original rear smoked lights that are rare now.

i have lots off pics of the car and recommend a viewing I WILL NOT be selling the car with the wheels pictured as they took me a long time to get hold of but i got another set of wheels that i will be putting on i will post pics with different wheels when i have put them on thanks.

ive got a 1.4 Corsa if your up for a swap?. its a 1.4 Ls shell, but has the sri engine fitted.

gsi door cards.
sport seats.
cone filter.
has spax RSX coilovers. *nt fitted as one has a broken spring*
80mm rear springs.
14inch speedline alloys with good tires
v6 brakes. with grooved and vented disks. calipers and drums painted yellow.
tinted back 2 windows.
Good runner. drives well.
Taxed til the end of the month,.
No MOT but hopefulli itll have a years MOT on wednesday.

At £995 it would come with tax but not the wheels as they took me a long time to get hold off.

i have a mk1 89 saloon with 25k genuine,,original service book with a few reciepts,,sr alloys and lowerd 50mm(i think) gsi side skirts and jus had new wheel bearing. onli down side is there are scratches on passenger door and arch but was quoted £40 so it wont be alot. no rust which is a surprise for its age.

how much would you want for swaps and is it registered as a redtop?

When you say it needs a tune up, is it running rough or is just a bit bad on fuel running lean or what?
