Juddering problem

A bit of a problem with me nova E16se

when driving at 30/40mph the car seems to judder but when i drive under load (giving it sum) its perfectly fine

and on the mway at 70 or 80 its perfectly fine

im not sure what the problem is as its quite annoying when driving in traffic

any help :confused:

all the mounts have been tigersealed and are done up FT

when mine did this the fuel filter wa fooked did that and had it tuned up eg timing and fueling ran mint after o also i changed the coolant temp sensor

look for air leaks on the inlet could be a vacum leaking some where

all engine sensors have been replaced this year

no obvious air leaks and the fuel filter is not very old

and rich i want an xe but gotta get that sodding van done 1st lol

still sounds very like an air leak or maybe check the butterfly in the throttle body maybe dirt around the edge as it will slow air flow when its open slightly and fine when its fully open look for gunge in there

also try your idle control valve it could also be sticking

is the full car juddering?
or can you only feel it through the steering wheel,
or the brake pedal?
does it feel like its from the back or front?
