i heard that he fell into a unusually large shepards pie, and before he could be rescues by onlookers, he had succumbed to the vast quantities of lamb, gravy and mashed potato.

although, upon more detailed investigation, it became clear that he had indeed been pushed by said onlookers, as they were less that thrilled with his meat pie based 'rap'
