Any advice would be great:confused: ,

i am thinking about going for a set of standard bucket seats from the likes of a s13 200sx etc. . .

does anyone know if there are any similar type seats that i could get and make fit, without being too wide etc?

p.s. my nova will have a full safety devices cage with door bars:thumb:

you're on your own if you are fitting anything other than Vauxhall Nova seats really.

Obv aftermarket buckets are catered for with universal subframes etc.

Jack has some RS Recaro's in his loon I never got around to fitting. Bit of bodging & they are in.

Is that because the nova is so narrow buddy?
i can get them welded in, but a dont really want to go for aftermarket buckets like sparco ect:(

No its because you shouldnt be surprised if non-Vauxhall seats wont fit.

I dont think Nissan make conversion mounts for a Nova!! I dont mean to be sarcy, but you have kinda asked a dumb question IMO.

If you want particular seats in your car, get a tape measure & break out the welder. Show us pics when you are done. Simples.

no probs buddy, i was only asking incase anyone had done this in the past,
just to save a bit of time getting sizes.
just looking to find out what seats will fit in the space.

scrappy and a tape measure ftw, do some research on what you like first, that way if there isnt the right model seats there you can at least measure the chassis of a lower model etc

cheers buddy, already tried corsa vxr and old scooby wrx seats, but had no joy. think the width at the top could be a problem tho.

Technically it's called rainbow, it's mk1 but late sr interior, totally mint no wear anywhere, all carpets Inc boot doorcards, rear seats etc
