dodgy clocks?

ive got a set of gsi clocks and i eventually got them half working ie battery light and oil pressure light but the fuel gauge goes off the scale and so does the temp gauge also the rev gauge goes mental now ive lost the warning lights and the rev gauge is still going daft is it a possibility that the clocks are bummed or maybe the resistor on the back is goosed its the 12 pin type clocks with the two spade connectors for the rev and oil gauge
