i am taking alll the interior out of my car so i can get it as light as i can but under head lining is sound deading that i cant get of and alot of glue

any got any ideas or know of anthing that will take it of

if you mean the sound deadening foam stuff over your head, it should just peel off - mine came down in one big sheet
take off as much as you can then use some glue remover to get the rest off

dont be tempted to burn it off - you'll set fire to the car and blister the paint on the other side!
