just looked at some old pics of the loon and i have decided i want to ditch the front mount and go back to a standard gsi bumper, anyone know of a charge cooler that will run phase 3 and were to get 1 from?
cheers
The VX lot are using stuff from Pro Alloy.
Its not cheap though.
prob best to get one custom made,
a mate of mine had 2 cossie intercoolers made up into a charge cooler,
its not just the cost of the charge cooler, buy the waterpump, radiator pipes etc....

yup but worth it imo never realy liked the front mount
the pre rad,the charge cooler, the pump, the header... soon adds up and winds up costing a **** load, but its better than an FMAC :) (yes A not I)
WTA is more efficient at cooling than ATA though. Plus you can have a better inlet tract. Worth the cost IMO

There's an ST185 RC chargecooler setup on ebay at the moment for a very respectable start price. Comes with an electric pump too.

Sounds like he built a tank.. I've heard of rads being welded together within a box....

mine runs a chargecooler cost a fortune but you'll need a decent pump and pre rad

much worse looking than a simple ATA item but charge temps when mapping in 32degree dyno room were kept around 26-27 :)
an ata wouldve increased alot
