jst a quicky, is it worth replacin a 1.3SR cam wiv a 1400NV cam, or ne 1.4 cam as these seem 2 av better profiles or wud it not make much difference??

the 1.4 cam has the highest lift out of all the nova's. It is the best i think.
6.12mm lift
the 14 NZ lifts only 5.2mm inlet and 5.6 exhaust. the 1.3sr lifts 6mm.

Put the 1.4 cam in. It should give slightly better performance than the 1.3 one. Higher lift like snowface said.

just measures a 14nv cam that i have here its 6.22mmlift in and out dont know about duration, havent got a protractor here

i been told by a performance company that he GTE/GSI cams had the longest duration.
what best more lift or more duration? if im right more duration gives you more top-end power where as high lift gives you mid-range.
