you set of tailsnoggers and rich i was driving the opposite way and saw it quickly though i am practising my 1 second take phone from pocket,unlock,activate camera,take picture moves,lol

seriously was the usually blackish colour looked very very nice nearly as good as my cavalier with its rusty arch and fubard rear shox lol

ALL Lotus Carltons left Hethel Imperial Green. The Star Silver one was painted afterwards. It's still imperial green under the bonnet.

yup was talking to a mate who does alot of resto work and they deal with the silver lc storey goes he got it home new and his mrs hated the colour so had it sprayed

The MD of Lucas bought it for his wife, she'd written off a few cars, all green ones. So she refused to drive it. He then got it painted silver so she would.

These pictures are not the best in the World but at least you can see from them that both of the front turrets and inner wings are Imperial Green!!!
