Could this be mapped to run ITBS on an xe? Cant really get a picture in my head of it from there website.

As far as I'm aware no it's bot possible. That is just a fancy superchip/ piggyback ecu.

It will only tweak the existing map on your ecu. This there for fuel and air ratio's and things like that
