Went to Ballyrobert Vauxhal the other day to get a new set of spark plug leads for a 1.4 8v. He was going to charge me £135.58. Any guess's in to why these would be so expensive?

that is thievery or the price is wrong on the computer, it does sometimes happen.

Vaux leads are expensive im sure, but that makes them like £30 each :o

Yep thats a Vauxhall dealership. The guy said that they practically up their prices everyday! Its a joke. Surprised there even able to make money. Daylight robbery.

Why on earth would you go to a dealership for leads?

If you have to get GM, go to autovaux

That is the correct price. I enquired proably around 10 years ago about C14SE leads and the price was ~£130. As everyone says a good quality aftermarket set will be fine and much much cheaper.
