Normally it'll tell you on the back of the bottle as not all are the same. But I normally do 30% antifreeze 70% clean water (destilled/de ionised water, helps keep things from getting all scaled up and blocking). That's if where you live doesn't get absolutley freezing.

50-50 if you live in places like iceland lol

Also water is actually better than antifreeze in terms of cooling capacity but antifreeze is needed to help stop the water from freezing, obviously, and help protect the inside of the block against corrosion.
