i was thinking of putting bonnet pins on my boot but dont know how i can lock it at night or wen its parked some where. Any help/suggestions??

If youve got to consider leaving youre car somewhere outside over night or parked elsewhere where you cant see it with quick release boot pins then dont bother, even the lockable ones are easily broken!;)

if they are for show, just fit them to the outside & fit a solenoid lock on the original latch.

it you are planning serious lightness, then you are screwed for security really.

why not use panel locks like they use on commercial vehicles, with the square metal key... they are tiny & light, but they don't look so cool

think ill just smooth where the grab handle was and just fit a boot popper, and have the bonnet on pins instead lol
