Two different parts.
The first is a grill spoiler, which is attached to the landing panel, above the headlights.
The second is a bonnet extension, which requires blending and the whole bonnet resprayed if you want to hide the join.

Erm, no, infact, its closer to pron than that.

Its a mattig bonnet extension, had one on mine when it was a mk2rep.

Quite rare, and very expensive (I snapped mine:()

It bolts on using the headlight bolts, and is fibreglass, so cant see why it would need any welding lol
