My Labrador is in season and we planned on letting her have one litter! She has no papers but a pedigree! So her puppies aren't worth alot and the main reason for breeding her is that my housemate and I have family that are looking for and wanting one of her pups! But £300 for a stud is shocking!! Does anybody have a labrador with balls the'd be willing to let me borrow??? lol

I let my staffies have a litter and never again, its inevitable that one will have the 'squirts', then the other pups roll around in it whilst play fighting and In my case ended up bathing mum and four pups before going to work most days and another problem was I got attached to one of them and seeing as she is a bit special (needs) didn't want her going to a bad home so ended up keeping her, now it can be hard work having three dogs

I've got three! lol. It's more for our family as there is quite a few of the members recently dogless.. (R.I.P Sad face, Back on topic) So pretty much all of them have homes (up to a max of 8!) lol.

We did think about doing the same with Lucy, but by the time you've had a hip score / elbow score / eye test + stud fee's was getting onto £8-900, so you've got to then have a decent size litter for it to be worth it - as the pups are going for £400+
