A moped is under 49.9cc

Also, a pre 1978 moped, can be de-restricted but must have pedals.

Also the Ped was a 110cc played with hanimal, it was a mate of a mate who i work with lol... he showed me pics of it ages ago but i just didnt realise. lol

I nearly fed two peds to the vectra going to work this morning, one in front was happy doing 24 mph and the other was happy playing catch up, well at least until the lights went to amber (still loads of room to safely pass through) and he braked hard, i stopped and little twunt behind didnt, missed my quarter by a hairs breadth and clearly scared himself witless as he was going too fast to stop and ran the red light too, his mum will be opening the door to a copper in the not too distant future im sure!

i was going home in the L200 & this kid on ped was racing lining the roundabouts in the wrong lanes etc. now i really hate people who can only overtake by going up the wrong lane.... A LOT..... so he is alongside me and i just match his speed exactly.... so he starts gesturing so i laugh & at 50mph he tried to kick my truck........he missed.

A moped is a bicyle, with a cc of 49.9cc or less.

That is the defenition of a moped, it is restricted to 28mph if manufactured after 1978. Hence old FS1E's are the ones to have.

And what you are refering to is a "scooter" for the lads who paint there nails, and mince around in high heels:thumb:

last evening i saw a kid riding one & texting.......
