URGENT!!! roof grab handles

hi people, realli quick question as i am doing it at the moment, i need to take the roof lining out, how do the grab handles come off?? cheers

The 4 small round pegs 2 at each side, punch them through to the rear then wiggle the handle of, carefully not to break it.

I would screw a small self tapping screw into the pegs and pull them out, then you can re use them
