basically im going picking up a c20seh on saturday and i want to know exactly what i need to make it "plug and play". Its coming with loom, ecu, starter etc and i want to bolt it to my f13cr box. Anybody know anything im going to need? Any help / info will be greatly appreciated

You will need the flywheel and clutch from a 1.7TD to fit a SEH to an F13 mate. You will also need the driver's side engine bracket. Look in the articles section for wiring diagrams

Didnt know a big block SEH could be fitted to an F13?? If so, same possible with F15CR? Enables use of standard shafts in that case.

Yes matt they can be fitted to an f13 and also the smallblock f15 too.

Feck me, that's handy to know. Am putting an SEH in mine and wanted to know what gearbox to mate it with.

Yea mate someone i knows running a C20NE on a f13 corsa sri box with standard shafts and itsbeen ok its also had its head kicked in at every opportunity lol.

i heard of a grasser guy running a itb'd xe on a f13cr not so long back. there is a guide on www.corsa-novatuning.nl (http://www.corsa-novatuning.nl) for this swap.

it sounds like theres only 3 wires to adjust to get it running on that guide. or have i got it wrong?

No mate black to ign live, red to batt, and red/blue to fuel pump and it should fire up.

Where the E16Se loom unplugs from the car loom up by the wiper motor (assuming its a GTE/GSi?). All the necessary wires are right there, you could cut the plug off the E16 loom & switch it over to the 20SEH loom & plug straight in, thats how I've put in my XE's to my old GSi.
