carb on 1300 sr engine

hello.

i have just put a 1300 engine in my corsa (replacing the 1.2 engine that blew up). i have a big 2 day autotest in 2 weeks time and wanted to know what the difference in power would be if i put the 1200 inlet etc on instead of the 1300 as my mechanical skills are not up to the job of changing/connecting wires etc as i dont know what they do?

any advice welcome.

i assume the 1.2 was injection as its a Corsa, there is no simple way forward if this is the case as the manifolds wont be interchangeable with the 1.3 carb engine due to different port shapes and spacings on the head. Along with all the other issues involved with converting from injection to carb

angus, 1300 inlet is the best..

ignore the yellow/black wire (i think) its for the automatic choke)

other than that its just fuel pipes/water pipes..

ill have another go at it the morn...double header in two weeks and as its been sitting for months with me doing nothing to it i thot i better. :)
