turbo seals?

i think my turbo seals maybe nakered as my c20let engine likes to smoke when i let off and dometimes on tick over, its on and off it either has abit of a smoke or is clear, its definetly blue oil smoke, blocks had a recent rebuilt so has head,done a search but can't find much, anyone shed sum light on this? thanks

iirc turbos smoke from cold start, if it smokes on overrun the most likely is the stem seals.

it sometimes smokes from cold start, but then will dissapear when warms, is like on and off, stem seals were brand new
