For all the nova nerds of the 90's
When you had ya alpines flat out yo, what you have blastin?
I have a very small musical knowledge from the 90's lol
Name some top tunes for the shedlol
in the 90's my fav album was 2 unlimted - no limit lol bare in mind i was born in 92 lol
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aFd5Cci_pE4
Give me a soft subtle mix
And if it broke then don't try fix it
And think of summers of the past
Adjust the bass and let the alpine blast
Pop in my CD and let me run a rhyme
And put your car on cruise and lay back
'Cause it's summertime
Classic. Could be originally '89 though? lol

Got tha whole "dubstep" thing goin on for me atm.
Problems of having a full PA system in my shed lol
It's all about the DnB and Dubstep these days I gotta agree. The latter wasn't my bag when it first came about, but there's some sweet crossover stuff out ATM.
im born in 92 also an listen to alot of 90s dance, 2unlimited, robert miles, zombie nation etc lol

I've got hit the decks 1 & 2 in the car at the minute as well as gatecrasher red and a old Ultra sonic album :d
Craig I think I've got the Sy sessions one you've got but on tape, infact more stuff I've still got is on tape so I'll have to get a tape convert me thinks ;)
I remember when I was 14/15 going to DJ shops listing to the latest White albums or plate discs and chatting random shiite about the latest piano tunes or mix tapes, not like that now with mp3's :(
All these great old school tunes are reminding me of my lads trips back in the 90's.The best of which was the trips to Ibiza.
Gues were im off to on saturday but with Elsie this time.
Im sure it will still be a good time tho...
Bonus point for the film

not too bad :)
meh at the youngsters in this thread, it had to be experienced to be fully appreciated.
Most of my stuff was tapes of the live rave events or bass line/test stuff, but this tune always was always a fave at the time from the semi commercial side........
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vs-BT9qPzQY&feature=related
Also one classic from the prodigy stood out from all the rest. One of their few original slow beat starters, having been abit of a stereo kid with thousands spent on top head units, the best active crossovers/amps available and enough speakers to fill a small stadium this tune was used to display some of the various ranges capable instead of the usual bass lines and sent shivers down your spine when sat amongst it at full volume :thumb:
