Weeks insurance?

Ive got my driving test within the next few weeks (some of you know when it is, but hush hush :p ) and my dad's going to insure me on the Nova as from next minth, however as im sure you've all experienced, the one thing you want to do is get out there on the road :d

So im wondering, does anywhere offer a weeks or months insurance for first-time drivers? Only need TPF&T for 7 days if possible? :thumb:

Day insure will do you 4 days. But not sure if they'll cover new drivers. But worth a look.

I couldnt find one under 25 years old.

Tempcover.com is what people use.

problem is finding one to cover the mods too

^ yep, basically you won't find one to cover you at your age, especially on a modified car. Sorry.

Your only option would be to take a full policy out and cancel it after the few weeks you need, claiming a refund of the remaining balance. It'll be pretty expensive though.

I didnt understand the question, now i re-read it, i see that kissy wants insurance after passing test.

I was thinking of as a provisional, then THIS (http://www.pngclub.com/forum/showthread.php?t=120296) would work.
