Are 1.3 Con Roads the same as any other small block engine?

Someone has made a hash of lightening mine in the past and want to put new ones in when I've the engine down this far, but having trouble finding any!!

Who lightened them?

The fact that someone has made a complete hash of lightening my own ones put me off buying another set that could be the same......
