As title really , as part of my never ending probleams this week , I'm getting really low oil pressure when engine gets warm , to the point where my dial hits the red section and brings the light on thought it could of been gauge , but if I take oil cap off while engine is running there is only tiny bits of oil spraying the cams

so can you do the oil pump in car or does engine need to be dropped out ,

Replace the main bearings as well buddy as they back up the oil pressure could be them at fault as much as the pump.

pretty sure its doable in car Riggy, but to be fair, dropping the engine & box will only add a few hours to the job.
