checking ecu codes when digis fitted?

as above i have used search cant find nothing, i recentlly fitted the digis and noticed there wasnt a eml light wire, i am running a c20xe mated to a 1.2 spi loom any help appreciated, its idleing poor i have ordered a new donut seal as its been bodged up before many thanks

Wire up the ecu's eml light to any 12v bulb. Just put 12v to the bulb, and the brown/blue ecu wire to the other side of the bulb

many thanks adam presuming i can mount an extra led into the dash, and wire it in as you mentioned then is it a case of earth the wire forgot which colour it is i have it wrote down at home to get it to flash up, should be ok i presume wired up constant to the led? Many thanks

The ecu just provides an earth, so yeah a 12v led will be fine
