Right, I haven't had this long, and I really don't want to sell it, but at the moment I have 2 cars (This and a Megane R26) and I have been told I have to get rid of one of them.

So they are both going up for sale, and whichever sells first goes.

So, the Golf
Build thread is here........ Clickaroooo (http://www.edition38.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=299969&st=0&p=2766650&fromsearch=1&#entry2766650)

I think that pretty much covers the spec. If there is anything i have missed, or any questions please let me know.

Right, the car itself is 10yrs old, so there are a few niggles with it.

However, I'm going to be very honest and picky so there is nothing to hide.

The bodywork/paintwork is in very very good condition for its age. there is some minor stone chipping to the front and a few very very small pin dents on the drivers door. Hardly noticeable unless really looking for them.

There is however a very very small crease along the top of the drivers side front wing, it was there when i bought it and again, very hardly noticeable.

The front grille badge surround is cracked underneath, but again its hard to notice. There is also a small crease along the top edge of the rear bumper where the previous owner reversed in to something at low speed.

It sounds a lot, but please don't let it detract from the overall appearance and condition of the car, i said I'm being picky!

Other small niggles include no central locking on the passenger door, as the vac lock motor failed and had to be removed. However i shall try to get this fixed before it goes. I have a motor waiting for me at a friends, i just need to get it and fit it! Due to this, the drivers door is now a key operated lock. (It did have a SH!TE Sparkrite alarm on it when i bought it with RCL but it was such a poor quality i had to remove it and fit the locked handle!)

The car drives perfect, starts on the button every single time and drives like a dream. The rear wheels sometimes catch the arch, but only through bigggg bumps and not very often.

Just a few minor little niggles I'm sure you will agree.

I'm gonna throw up a price of £4800 and see where it goes.

So, if you're interested, drop me a PM and ill give you my number and we can talk business http://www.edition38.com/forums/public/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif
