can you buy brand new rubbers for the gear linkage for a mk1 1.2 or a complete brand new linkage???:thumb:

The pivot rubbers? Give Vauxhall a ring tomorrow, but if no luck you can buy Nylon 'upgrades' from LMF for about £10 that improve linkage feel.

Less play in the linkage. Heard good things about improving feel on a std linkage but I've only used them with a rosejointed linkage.

in my rally class i cant rose joint the linkage or change it much in any way ... so not sure if i would be allowed to use the nylon ugrade .would a new standard one make much difference??

scrutineer would be very eagle eyed to notice tbh. Smear some dirty old grease on it & it'll look as old & tired as the original.
