1st question is if look at the 1st 2 photos would you say that this could be a problem ?.As my cooling system has been pressurized so much that the water is blown out.

yes, thats where the gasket has been leaking. and it does look like it needs a skim to sort it out.

as for the round ports....

this is for your rally 1400, right?

find a 1300 or 1200 carb head, the rise in compression will get better power,

or for bigger valves try a (c14se i think) or e/c16se heads, they have round ports, but you will need to check the combustion chamber cc's and possibly skim it down to get your compression back up.

Thank's if I use a 1.6 head skimmed down shoud I use the 1.6 c16se cam or the 1.4 nv cam:roll:
